Cash Refunds

● Eligibility: Full-priced items can be returned within 5 days of receipt for a cash refund.

Sale Items

● Exchanges: Sale items are eligible for exchange within 5 days of receipt. You can
exchange for a different size (if available) or receive a store voucher for the sale price.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
● Be in its original condition, with all tags and trims attached.
● Not be worn, damaged, or washed.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email info@lachet.co.za within 5 days of receiving your item. Specify
whether you want a return or exchange.
2. Exchange Requests: If requesting an exchange, let us know the desired item and size,
and we’ll check availability.
3. Return the Item: Send the item back via courier, or drop it off if you’re in Cape Town on
the prearranged day and time.
4. Inspection & Approval: We’ll inspect your item upon receipt and email you with the
refund approval status.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. We’ll
notify you once it’s completed.
*Please note that customers will be liable for the courier cost involved in the return with
the amount deducted from the refund amount.
