2.1 Pre-Order and Made-to-Order: Our products are primarily available on a pre-order or
made-to-order basis, meaning they are not produced until after the order is placed. Please note
the production timeline when placing an order.
2.2 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products.
However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the site
are complete, accurate, or error-free.
2.3 Pricing: Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We reserve the
right to change our pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders
3.1 Order Processing: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Production for pre-order or made-to-order items will only begin after payment has been
received.
3.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment
methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment platforms.
3.3.1 Processing Time: Please note that payment via EFT can take up to seventy-two (72)
hours to reflect in our bank account, depending upon the bank you use and the availability of
funds in your account.
3.3.2. Order Cancellation: If we have not received your payment within seventy-two (72) hours,
your Order will not be accepted and will be automatically canceled.
3.4 Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please
contact us immediately at info@lachet.co.za or lachet.southafrica@gmail.com if you need to
modify your order.
3.5 Order Cancellations: Prior to the delivery of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any
time, provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. For orders with special
amendments or customization, cancellation must be done within 24 hours.
3.6 Acceptance and Rejection: Lachet reserves the right to accept or reject an order based on
the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods, delivery location and receipt of
payment or payment authorization. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The sale is only
complete when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
3.7 Stock Availability: All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are
not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
3.8 Order Agreement: An agreement of sale between you and Lachet is only formed when we
deliver the Goods to you. If we reject your order, we will refund any amount paid.
3.9 Shopping Basket: Placing items in your shopping basket without completing the purchase
cycle does not constitute an order. Goods may be removed if they are no longer available.
3.10 Stock Monitoring: We monitor stock levels to ensure that unavailable items are not
offered on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee availability. If an item becomes
unavailable after placing an order, we will notify you and offer a refund.
3.11 Age Requirement: By using the Website, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or
older and of full legal capacity. If under 18, you may only use the Website with the involvement
of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3.12 Security: You agree to notify Lachet immediately upon becoming aware of any

4. Delivery of Goods
4.1 Delivery Timeframes: Since our products are made to order, delivery times may vary.
Please allow time for production, plus additional time for delivery.
4.2 Delivery Rates: Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the
delivery method chosen. Certain areas may be subject to surcharges which you will be notified about.
4.3 Delays: While we strive to meet all stated delivery times, delays may occur due to
unforeseen circumstances. Lachet is not responsible for such delays. We will notify you about
delays, and you may cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving such notification for a full
refund.
4.5 Undeliverable Locations: If we cannot deliver to your location, we will inform you and
arrange for cancellation or delivery to an alternative address.
4.6 Part Deliveries: Where stock is not available, part deliveries may be made. We will notify
you using the details provided.
4.7 Incorrect Delivery Details: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address or delivery
details entered on your order, or if an unauthorized person at your delivery address accepts
delivery.
4.8 Inspection: Always check the items upon delivery. If packaging is damaged, note this on
the delivery note. Notify us at info@lachet.co.za immediately if you discover any issues after
accepting delivery.
4.9 Failed Delivery Attempts: After two failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to
us, and the purchase will be reversed after deducting the cost of the second delivery.
4.10 Third-Party Delivery: We may use third-party agents or independent contractors for
delivery.
